We prepare a suitable introduction. You inspect the profile, ask questions and decide whether to contact the nanny.
Agree directly
You and the nanny confirm dates, scope, nanny fee, payment timing, cancellation terms and household rules in your own agreement.
Pay the platform booking fee
After both sides confirm, BulanBloom collects its disclosed booking fee. You pay the nanny directly under your agreement.
Follow care and review
The nanny records factual daily updates. After care, your verified review contributes to her portfolio.
